Parke Heritage High School students are nominated by staff members to receive the Wolf Award. Basis for this award include integrity, responsibility, communication, collaboration, reliability, creativity, 21st Century skills, accountability, and good character.
Beckett Stemle (left)- “Over the course of the last couple of weeks I have seen a very definitive change in Beckett. He has taken his leadership role seriously and has done a great job leading by example as part of his Biology Team. He and his teammates have learned to work well together and have done a great job tackling a project that I know has challenged them and they have all risen to the challenge. I am very proud of them and it is exciting to see students grasp the hard things and come out with the sense of overcoming something that they didn’t think they could accomplish.
Mercedes Thompson (middle left)- “Mercedes always shows up with a positive attitude, and creates a great learning environment.”
Haley Holtsclaw (middle right) - “Haley is a great helper in my classroom! She is kind and always ready to work. She is a pleasure to have in class.”
Henry Busenbark (right)- “Henry has been my student helper for the past two years. He is excellent at this job and knows exactly what to do. He does a great job with the younger students by helping them understand material and procedures.”
