Student Health and Wellness Information

Student health is a critical component of the educational process, impacting both academic performance and overall well-being. Ensuring students are physically and mentally healthy allows them to engage fully in their learning experiences. This page provides essential information and resources to assist parents in supporting their children's wellness needs, including nutrition, physical activity, and mental health support. By prioritizing student health, we create a nurturing environment where students can thrive academically and personally.

North Central Parke Schools uses the online service SchoolCare as a tool for parents to provide medical information.
This system enables student immunization information, physical exam results, and nurse visits to be stored securely and compliant with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.  Because families will be able to access SchoolCare at any time from their computer, smartphone, or tablet, they will be able to update student health information quickly and conveniently.

In SchoolCare, the student’s health history will carry over to future years.  Those who have already enrolled in SchoolCare do not need to re-register, however, there are forms that are required to be updated annually.

If you're having trouble signing up for SchoolCare, please contact support@schoolcare.com.
